The principle function of this role is to service and install intruder, CCTV and Access Control systems. You will be working within a friendly team of experienced staff across a diverse range of customer/client types. The ideal candidate will possess sound working knowledge of Access, Intruder and CCTV Systems (Cardax FT, Tecom, Concept, Solution, DSC,AFX, NX and DM DVR, Bosch DVR, Kalatel DVR). The necessary training can be given to fill certain knowledge or skills gaps however the successful candidate will really need a good mantle of relevant experience in order to succeed & thrive in this position.This role requires you to be able to communicate professionally and effectively with all level of customers with a focus on always providing outstanding customer service. As a front line staff member you will also be proactive in identifying any additional business opportunities and will liaise with the business development/Sales team to assist in securing these. You will need to be computer literate to an intermediate level and must also have your electrical licence.
