An exciting opportunity exists in our Electronics Division for an exceptional Security Technician to join our team.

The key focus of this role will be the troubleshooting, repair & installation of Electronic Security Systems. You will work closely with your clients developing long term relationships, managing their account & identifying, troubleshooting & solving their security related issues. Your proven technical ability coupled with your demonstrated passion for customer service will stand you in good stead for this position.

To join the team, you will possess:

· A current ACT & NSW Electronic Security Licence & ACA Open Accreditation
· A current Drivers Licence
· Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated skills & knowledge in a similar position
· Excellent broad based knowledge of Alarm Panels, Access Control and CCTV – ideally from brands including Innerrange, Tecom & Pacific Communications

You’re a dedicated customer service technician who exceeds client expectations by going that ‘extra mile’. You have a positive, ‘self starter’ attitude that combined with your technical aptitude will position you well for success in this role.
